several people have said this so I'm going to repeat it... your point is oddly fishy, you say you don't trust me enough to post a "damaged" scope for a refund BUT in the first instance you had no quarrels sending me the payment before I sent you the scope. surely sending me the payment in the first place was a far bigger risk than posting the scope for a refund.

thing is mate, I am likely to give the scope away or sling it if its unrepairable BUT I cant just hand over money just on your say so. I think I'm entitled to see the scope first. my original gripe with you was simply that you said its common practice for the seller to hand over the refund before the buyer sends the item back. I told you its the other way round and you continued to disagree, quite rudely infact.
