It's scary outside.

Came back from walking the dogs tonite, bitterly cold with a little snow blowing in the breeze...brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...dogs coats are a good idea.

As i passed one of the houses a few doors from me i noticed a body lying on the path outside the front door, real bad idea.

Being the caring person i put the dogs in the house and took the recycle bin round the back then went to check on the 'body'.

Rather worse for the drink, not wearing a coat and having wet themselves was the lady of the house, still on the freezing cold floor and none too responsive.

I knocked on the door, no response, knocked on the doors next to this house and managed to ge them out and help with a blanket and try and find a relation...no good.

Ended up calling the ambulance with me staying with her sharing body heat and a blanket waiting for the wagon to arrive.

That's my good dead for the week.

.

This was 8 o'clock tonite, i hate to think how quick hypothermia sets in...there was no one else walking round the estate or driving past.

Guess that'll get the neighbours all talking...

Next time you take a lady out for a drink. Take her back home in a decent state. Joking aside. Well done bud.. She could have been there all night, Dont want to think about the consequences of that.

Well done, there are far too many people these days who would have turned their back on the situation, it is down to you that this lady is probably still alive today.

You should be proud of your achievment

A long distance well done handshake you sir!
Even in this day and age of disrespect and selfishness there are good people about.
