AGF Annual Meet

Ladies and gents, a bit of an update on the meet having spoken to toytown we have come up with the two possible weekends above. (Please vote and the weekend with the highest vote is when it will happen)We have also spoken about some of the finer details and the following points have been set;

• Unfortunately this will be strictly 18+ due to insurance purpose's.
• The meet will be limited to 50 people.
• There will be a small cost per person which is TBC. (To cover BBQ, refreshments and any extra equipment needed etc..)

At the moment arrival for the majority will be saturday morning, but any volunteers wishing to help setup on the friday would be appreciated. Also if any of the members attending could car share this would be great as there is limited parking. Please note that toytown is allowing the use of his land for this event and saftey and good behaviour will be paramount, more on this as and when.Thats it for the moment folks as the sequence of events is finalised i will be sure to keep you updated.ATBFoggy

I don't mind coming on the Friday to help with the organising and setting up etc etc , and the cost bit is fine too .
I'm really looking forward to this , top work and credit to both of you for arranging this

Yeah if I can still car share with you foggy then ill obviously come on the Friday and help set up. I can't see the dates as I'm using my phone. did you get the golden bunny today. Plated it gutted. 4th place happy with that.

If I can have some info posted on the thread or a link for me to go to, I would probably be good for attending. Can offer a space in my car for somone from the south also, so just give me a PM if your able. All I ask is a contribution to fuel costs

P.s I'll be good for both dates but I don't know where it is! haha

I can help with car sharing from the middle of the midlands, I can also help on the friday, anything needed I may be able to help with...paper targets..clay trap....bbq....meat for bbq (Local (IE Mine))

Kai I just clipped the top of the head, was not to happy with a few of my shots today but at the same same time i did pull a few good'uns out the bag. Yes mate im still happy to give you any anyone else a lift.

Cheers dude! I'd happily chip in a bit for costs, and bring some noms or materials for a bbq. Should be able to bring a couple of disposables up if needed.
