What do you do for a living!

I hadn't seen a topic like this and wondered what everyone was doing to put the bread and butter on the table! I find it interesting to see where everybody's expertise lies.

    Ill start.

Well I shall bare that in mind brett. I love oak and have spent a few bob on oak'ing my floors, doors, fireplace and dining table. Sod's law I bet you could have saved me a few bob!

Anyway, my company deals in sheet metal machinery. We also run a website, comparable to the autotrader but for industrial machinery. We have a export packing company which makes pallets, crate and packs containers for exported goods. We also have a startup on the go, designing and supplying nitrogen gerators to the laser cutting industry. All in all it keeps me out of trouble (just about) and pays for my endless hobbies.

I drive a big red London bus. Been doing this for 5 years now, it's a good job that's fairly well paid although it does have it's downfalls, ie;- passengers who think it's great fun to ruin your day

I keep threatening to just drive back and forth with 'NOT IN SERVICE' on the blind waving at them as go by. One day

I am a fraud investigator in the Retail industry, and have been for 20 years. Prior to that, 17 years in the military.

Now I am older, I have lost my love for what I do, but I am good at it and it pays for my toys and horses!

I am a videographer, video editor and 3D animator. I basically do all the fancy CGI & SFX stuff you see on TV and films well, I don't actually work for the industry per say, I do freelance work. The comics are just a fun thing that I do to build up a decent comic portfolio for a website I want to put together

I work in the fascinating world of research into the epigenetics of cardiovascular and metabolic disease, and dabble also in bio-containment 2 and 3 pathogens, like this. Oh, and keep pedigree sheep.
