Avatars only available after making 40 posts

have the avatar rules changed? - it says you need to have made 40 posts at the start of this thread - but it now seems to say only 30 on the forum rules page..... - can i avatar? (please......!!!! lol)

You can only create an avatar after making 40 posts on the forums, once you get to 40 posts you then just need to wait for the forum software to run an update. This happens once an hour so it could be from 1 minute to 59 minutes, after the update the avatar function will be available in your User_CP
