    Quick Reply Box....

Why have a "Quick Reply" text box when users still have to click "Post Reply" which then takes you to the posting page, bit silly isn't it? Could you not just have it so you can scroll down, click in the text box and click post?

Not a rant or anything, but just defeats the objective of having a quick reply box!

    Cheers, Ben

Someone's not paying attention. (read what it says in the quick reply box)

    from configuration screen.

When Quick Reply is enabled, you may specify whether or not users must click the Quick Reply icon in order to start typing in the Quick Reply editor.

If you choose not to require a click, the system will not know to which post a user is replying, making both the threaded and hybrid display modes nonsensical.

We strongly recommend that you set the option to require a click if you use Quick Reply and have Threaded Mode available on your forums.

Are you seeing the forums as they are now when you use your phone. ?
When i use my phone i see the mobile text only version of the forums, much quicker to browse, lot less data to download.

I see it exactly the same as when I'm on my laptop. I didn't realise there was a mobile version. how do I use that?

btw lately when I click a link, just before the page loads up I get a window pop up that says

'script warning' handler could not be removed

does this mean anything to you? it doesn't happen on any othere site

What links are you clicking to see that message and what browser and version are you using.

To see the mobile version on your phone go to mobile.airgunforum.co.uk
