I think I have found it Mr Andy under Tools Popup, I'll have a play fingers crossed

This appears to be an AGF issue only Andy as I can add ‘extra’ smiles on two other forums without any problem at all. I have also reduced the level on allowing pop-ups etc.

The box that pop’s up is.

Interesting it still works ok in the Chat Box ....................... ..

Do you get the pop-up box as I listed

I can use the extra smiles in IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and Safari on my iPad. ?

I have had problems using any smilies they work in the chat box..... the extra smilies box comes up fine,But when i click on the at the right hand side of this box i typed in or the extra smilies box it does nothing but bring up a msg about shift+R to improve quality of the picture ? I've just ignored the fact its not working and input by type..........!!!

Are you using Windows Internet Explorer by any chance
