Can't send PMs using tapatalk??

Mods, I'm having trouble using tapatalk on my phone. Every user is saying they are a banned user, so can't send them a PM!??

Can anyone please help?

when you start the app it tells you at the bottom.

Mine initially says that but after 3-5 seconds changes to pm user. I think it depends on internet connection. I'm on latest version of tapatalk.

Must be a bug with tapatalk plugin, i don't get any issues. But then I access as admin.

I have just applied a fix from the author of Tapatalk that's supposed to resolve the pm problem, let me know if it's worked.
