every time i try to post i am told i do not have permission to this action and must refresh! but when i refresh it logs me out then i have to log in and poost but when i come to post again same thing happens???? any help

no it quite literally secands and no it dosent remember my password
Hmm thats odd. Try getting it to remember your password if you are on a home computer.

i recently installed explorer 9 could that be it?? its shite anyway preferred 8 TBH

Your cookie is not working or corrupt, make sure you are not running a cookie blocker and delete your cookie then re start your computer.
And get firefox

i just downloaded fire fox nd need to add toolbars but unsure how wish i still had explorer 8 :-(
also on 9 have no tool bar ie the one that has all the settings on it??
