Is it usual that I have to log on every time I visit the forum ? If so what is the remember me box for ??

That should work fine, are you browsing on your pc/laptop or a phone. Browser settings may be set to clear form data on close. Info on your set up would be usefull

I am browsing on my P.C.

When you enter your password, tick the box and click login do you get a "do you want windows to remember your password" type message, if so make sure you click yes.
Any more info you can give?

I get no message at all after pressing log in ,next time I visit forum have to enter user name and password.

I think it's a glitch, just click on whats new if you've allready clicked remember me, will log you in and take you to whats new.
Tis a glitch in the software I have the same issue on the darkside.

Cookies are used to remember login info, try deleting your cookie for this forum, restart your browser, then login and click the remember me box.
