    Mick different forces different rules you may be right in your part of the country down here it's .22 for bunnies and 17 HMR for Mr Fox on your first ticket.

    Thanks guys,excuse my ignorance roughcoat can you explain why .22 for rabbits and not .17hmr?

    So,if I apply for FAC air for rabbits, .17hmr for rabbits/foxes do you think it would be granted?

    Sorry 17HMR for fox / rabbits but you might as well have both .22 for rabbits as its a cheap round and there's more left to eat, you'll get both on the first ticket.
    You will probably get the Fac air/17hmr if you applied for it though

    Dead right, I'd put in for the air/.22 and .17 though.

    im in same boat as you, atm FAC isnt really suitable but when i settle down i will definatly consider it. how much is an FAC an how long is it valid ?

    £50 quid for FAC or SGC, if you apply for both its £60, so worth considering. They run for 5 years at a time.

    but ill be going uni for 3 years so wont hav enough time to get my moneys worth
