FAC and SGC handed in today

I know that feeling all to well mate. I put my application in back in September I think (has been sooo long I cant remember exactly), The FEO got around to seeing me first week in Dec. He cleared me for all I asked for there and then.

Still no tickets through the post! Jesus Christ im going out of my mind!!

You need to chase the HQ, I have been chasing and thats how I found out it still not been send to them, they have even phoned her twice and she has said she would bring them last week, ( not done), and supposed to be send on Monday by post.

Will check tomorrow if its there? I hope so.

Told you you wouldn't get it before February, they are even more behind now. It will drop though the door sometime this month I expect.

As I said the FEO has not send this through, been three weeks and its been sitting on her desk, not very pleased about that.

I spoken to west Mercia today and he says that they are processing the FAC's next week so I should see mine in the next two weeks. He says because mine is combined with SGC then it should get processed first. Then they get 2 points with the superintendent. All sounds good but he said the same thing to me 3 weeks ago when they were supposedly processing the SGC's.

Nice - mine's been approved and all that needs to be done is for my licence to be printed and posted, a job that has so far taken them 2 weeks longer than the maximum time stated. Rang up the firearms officer today about it and he did not sound happy with the office staff, hopefully that should speed things up!

Mine was approved 8 weeks ago. What's the stated maximum time for them being printed?

Mine for Lancashire said that the maximum would be two weeks, usually get it within a week. I assume in different counties they state different time limits then for getting the paper licence sent out?
