In an interview with Rick Marshall for MTV News, Kirkman said that “Things are moving along. It’s very early on in the process, but I’m looking at story points and I think they’re going to make some announcements on that stuff very soon, and hopefully have some screenshots pretty quickly.”
Kirkman further stated that the game will be similar to the the comic book source material, but diverging from it occasionally.
“With the episodic nature of how they make the game, they can make a level and release a level, then make another level and release that level, so the game should come out in pretty rapid succession because of that.”
When asked about who you would be in the game, he said “You’ll be playing as characters from ‘The Walking Dead’ for sure, and different levels you’ll play as different people, so we’ll see.”
There will be plenty of gore for us fans, too. “I don’t think we can avoid [making it graphic] with something like this,” he said. “I would expect that kind of stuff.”

As am I loving season 2... the pace is alot slower than the first though. Oh yeah btw i reckon this game will be **** though. Telltale games lmao. They should hurry up and find that girl. When they do find Sophia she'll be war torn vet. a mean zombie reducing machine.

I'd be interested in that. I never missed an episode of season 1 then waited and waited for season 2 until i stumbled across it on FX - missed the first episode though. I've recorded the rest for a looooooong rainy day.
