Any help's great, TVM
The difference is the head size of the pellets.

There is Also a Difference in Pellet Shaped

    Wasted Design

Or Bullet Shape - Out of Pax Pellets

Bullet Design was first Brought out in Dynamic Air Gun Pellets
    Made from Tin - www.airgunpellets.com

Later Brought out in Lead in Logun Penetrators / Exterminators
And in Current Growing Range of Defiants - www.defiantpellets.com

Where design put weight up front - for heavy hitting
    and better speed and accuracy

But still down to individula Gun's and Finish

All Bullet design pellets give far better results in Clean Action and Barrels
As need to find rifling for Speed and Accuracy

There are Test Packs of Defiants - Details on Web Site & Forum
Yes have there own Forum board - saves upsetting other Commercially
    run Forum Board

    Pellet Prices

The Majority of today's Air Gun Pellets Are Imported

As Raw material Lead and other Associated Costs Rise

Prices have risen well in recent years

Not helped by UK's current Weak currency

Prices seem to rise with each Fresh Batch of Pellets

It is a case these day's if you find a good pellet
Get yourself well stock - as can not see prices ever coming down

Let alone EEC restrictions on the Way for using Lead as a contact
Material - Check out REACH - on internet -

There is already Lead Restrictions in Germany & USA

good info a question for you.

is it true that in reality there is only like a couple of dozen factories that produce pellets and that they are merely sent to other factories and repackaged in different tins and labels are stuck on them?

the reason i say this is because everybody i know and have shot with all have their own story to this point, for instance, i here all the time if you cant get such and such a brand then buy these they are exactly the same anyway

not sure and if this has been covered before i cant find it anywhere on the forum.

    cheers, james

hi any body want to swop ,50 pellet (long rang gold) in 22, or some 50 pelets jsb exacts in 22, for ,50 pelets in 22, fx,or webley xtream, or rws supper domes, or f,t,trophys, or rws super fields, allso crossman premiers . just so i can try my gun with a different pellet,,as buying pellets all the time is pricey, if you want to see how accurat your gun is,with a bench rest, no wind, mesuers 26 yards ,with a tape, ie, cornflack box side(not paper as it tears) with a red or black felt tip pen dot and fire about 7-10 pelletts in and see how good your grouping is, thanks for your interest hope this helps someone, border .
