is my hw100 down on power?

Would appreciate any advice, set my zero at 25 meters, so at 9 meters and 25 meters it is more or less spot on, but when I the shoot at 30 meters I have a 40mm drop below zero and at 35 meters I have a 65mm drop. Seams a lot of hold over? would you say my gun is down on power? weihrauchhw100 .22 using falcon accuracy plus pellets 13.43 grain, thanks

wel it is chairgun that made me think it is down on power, looking at the graph my first zero should be 13 yards and my second should be 28 yards, but it is actualy 9 and 25 meters?. think i wil have to get it chrono graphed tomorow for piece of mind

That does seem quite a drop however I never zero below 30 yards even with a .22. Try zeroing at 30 and it may give you a better balance of hold under/over.

If you put a 5 shot group on your zero, then a 5 shot group at say 10 yards further. Measure the drop then set up chairgun to match your gun and adjust the power until it shows the same drop at the same distance as you had earlier. This will give you a rough indication of power. Very rough so no good using this to set power but if your gun is very low in power this should show it up

What pellets are you using? If this drop is a problem try using lighter pellets... Or get a proper gun that takes .177 pellets *cough

You can't have a 40mm drop in the first 5m after the zero and just another 25mm drop after another 5m. Your measurements must be out or you are re-writing the laws of physics. The drop from 30-35 must be bigger than the drop from 25-30

I think he meant a further 65mm on top of the first 40mm

It was from a leaking seal anyway so the figures could of been all over the place
