It's s**t being left handed, I agree it's a joke you gotta pay more for a lefty, I've got hw100 thumbhole so not a problem at the moment but the amount of times I've looked at a gun, thought wow that's a bargain I'll have that! Then realised it's right-handed :@ damn this curse!!!

I'm another lefty and agree its a nightmare lol, I remember when I was younger people trying to make me use a pen/knife and fork in the wrong hands, my dad trying to get me too shoot right handed. He was over the moon when I started to hit the targets - n even more astonished as he hadn't noticed I'd changed it too my left side. I'm looking to getting an AAs200/AAs400 in a couple of months and you don't see many ambi/leftys coming up for sale - people must hang on to them I think. How about a special place for us in the sales. If not don't worry as our lass has just told me I'm very special !

All i have to say on the subject is: However, many linguists fluent in the native Quechua language, commonly translate Lloque Yupanqui as "The Unforgettable Left-Handed One"[citation needed].

im a lefty and yes i too had too pay more for my daystate huntsman but i understand the reason for the extra tooling cost in making left handed stock and bolt etc. But what annoys me is alot(most)guns arent available with a left handed option(id have a weihrauch 100 sporter if they made such a thing, maybe a fx royale 400).Though let us not forget alot of manufactures also lose alot of sales simply because no matter how good their gun is...theyve lost the left handed customer!
what really annoys me though is when the makers say its an ambidextrous stock claiming that it covers both left and right handed shooters in a one size fits all gun.But these are no such things as you still load from the left...the bolt or lever is still on the right etc..so it may well look good on paper but it just shows their lack of development/understanding of the problem which in these days of recession hurs them alot more than it hurts me simply because my money either stays in my pocket or goes to a different maker...but that in these troubled times is a sale theyve lost and less money in their bank,i can live without a left handed whatever but companies are finding business tough at the moment and need every sale they can make.
Im a daystate fan for sure,i dont think their guns are perfect by any means but i do find they are at least making life a little easier for lefties and thats got to be a good thing for maker/customer alike.
