    Muzzy I had watched that and it all looks fairly simple, I can't see the AAOC guides as a gu est. I've registered but don't get a confirmation email. If you are a member then would you mind PM'ing the Admins to try and get them to check the registration queue. Thanks for all your help.

    Finally got registered on AAOC and this afternoon I stripped down my S410. The hammer rail was clean but the hammer wasn't running smoothly at all. Cleaned it up and put it all back together and seems to work, will chrono it tomorrow at the club and see what difference it has made.

    Put it on the club chrono at the weekend and we got it up to 11.8 which I was well pleased with. We hand't been able to get it above 10.5 the week before. Cleaning the hammer rail seems to be well worthwhile and is fairly easy once you have watched the video on youtube and got up the nerve.
