It wants stripping, cleaning and reassembling, mine was the same when I got it, now its sorted its a great rifle, very smooth without any extra work needed.

tried a chaps x200 ealier today as im looking for a springer. nearly new at that. But came across a problem which put me off. ill try to explain
When cocked the auto safety comes on. So to fire take the safety off pull trigger however nothing happens press the safety button again it moves a little then the gun fires without touching the trigger. obviously this is not right and dangerous.
Any one else come across this as its earing to a 97 and get it restocked.![]()

There's nothing quite like a nice cup of tea
The trigger just needs adjusting via the 3 grub screws underneath. An easy fix, and as said a great spring gun.
