Can you shoot off your wrong shoulder - if you are a right handed shooter, teach yourself to shoot completely left handed. You would be surprised how good you can become nd it is very worth while if you have to shoot round the wrong side of a building or tree.

Go to a target range where they put out knock down targets HFT style.

Smaller targets shot offhand, that means stood, with no support. Time your shooting to put more pressure on you. Have 5 small targets and give yourself 30 seconds to shoot the lot, including loading time.

we set up a load of different bottle tops and cans around the garden, hanging from trees (great on a breezy day)

what about shooting from your bedroom window? the angle of your shot affects the trajectory i believe...

there are bound to be mice around you, why not set up bird feeders and mice will pick up any seeds the birds drop/ even climb the bird feeder to get some, and they will be glad of anything they can get at this time of year. (if you do go for mice, you need to be sure you can identify the different types, some are protected, like house mice) that wouldbe a good challenge

are there trees around you? *edited for dumb idea*
