wouldnt imagine so mate dont hold me to it but i have always believed that dry firing is bad for your gun
Fight and you may die Run and you will live And dying in your bed many years from now would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance to come back here as young men and tell our enemies that they may take our lives but they will never take our AIRGUNS

so whats the difference between a single stroke pneumatic and a multi stroke pneumatic?apart from one is single the other is multi
don't matter if it a single stroke or multi stroke the principle is the same they are both pneumatics and can be dry fired as i stated
the alecto can be classed as a single stroke and i have dry fired mine with no ill effects
last time i try to help you
    stroppy youngster
