Nice one mate thought so when i was shooting yesterday because i cooled the bottle down to fill it , it had ice on the bottle and i think thats why it was shooting crap , but tonight tryed it again and its 100% better

the cooler the bottle the lower the pressure will be. the lower the pressure the lower the power. as you know you need to cool it to fill it but then ideally you need to wait until the bottle is the same temperature as the surrounding air. additional to this every time you fire off a shot the temps will drop slightly and you need to wait a few seconds for it to warm up again. shooting in fast succession can vastly lower the temperature of the co2. for winter shooting its worth adjusting the gas flow to compensate for the loss in pressure. just remember to adjust it back when the temps warm up in the spring
I specialise in tuning smk 78 and 79 range of co2 guns... interested? send me a pm...
