Couple of new bits of kit - Torch and Knife

I wanted a spare torch for work and a multi tool, been that there is a high risk of them been lost, stolen or damaged I was against the idea of paying top dollar as there was no way I would get them replaced on expenses as there "Personal Equipment"

    The first one.

    A Lenser style torch,

Rated at 100 lumers and with a flood to throw beam pattern, in black, uses 3 AAA batteries, and has a Hi/Lo & Strobe function.

The build qualtiy is not as good as the Lenser but I expect it to last a while, the odd thing is the beam pattern, the flood is a nice round light but the spot is a odd square shape due to the CREE chip

For brightness, it's stronger on the lo sitting than the Lenser and on high it blow's it away, untill it's dark I will be unable to test the throw on it though, also the brightness might be due to a lack of any regulator on the driver board, only time will tell as it comes to the battery life.

The Multi Tool is a blatant copy of the Gerber EOD tool which costs over £90, now... it's not going to be sharp like the Gerber or as strong but for £7 I'm treating it as a throw away object.

Well it's sharp, not razor, but thats not a issue, it's nice in the hand, comfy to hold unlike a lot of multi tools and is a nice deep black colour

Once I have chance to field test them I will do a detailed review on each and some better pictures.

    Thanks

    Well,

After a few weeks of use, both bits of kit are standing up to abuse, I had the General (of this forum) stick a real nice edge on the blades and they have held well.

I would of happily paid 3 times what I have for both items and still feel they where cheap

Do you know if there is a pressure switch available for the torch?
