Cheap Cree Torch review

Hi all,

just thought I'd post up a mini review on a torch I recieved today.

I ordered a "SacredFire" Cree Torch 120 Lumens from A website called bestofferbuy. This one to be exact:

Along with this I ordered a cheap rubber mount with nylon straps also from that site. The total came to £9.14 which I thought was stupidly cheap, but would wait and see the quality etc.

So with the free shipping from China, it took 8 days to arrive. It arrived well packed and marked as a gift for customs purposes. So I opened it up, stuck in 3 duracell ultra AAA's and clicked the button......

Holy good God, I've blinded myself by looking at the beam, I thought wow, this is superb. It shines a brilliant white light, that even illuminates things in broad daylight, Much brighter than my tesco torch.

it's been running constantly now for 3 hours, with no sign of dimming, and very little heat.

The body is solid metal, and has 3 O ring seals, the quality is excellent and I'm very very Impressed with it.

Sorry if this is a little long winded, but I'm totally shocked at how good this is.

So anyway, if anyone is thinking of getting one, they are bloody fantastic!

i got this one from hong kong £7.48 i this it was so like you was just waiting to see what it was like and it a brilliant torch can see clear as day through your site at night and hits the back of my paddock which is 70m excellent bit of kit.took 6 days to be delivered.
i just wanted to add that even though the torch is good and it turned up i did try to get in touch with the people of
go-market but after 3 emails i got no reply from them so use this ebay shop at your own risk.

Good review, i have a Ultra fire torch which i ordered from China. It is good, there is some really cheap torches to be had. I also like how you have mounted it to the front of your rifle

Thats the seller my lads got there ultra fire's from, if you ask the guy nicely he will do a discount on the charger and battery to suit any torch you buy

i got one from deal extreame and it was amazing it cost me £6 for 4 batteries and a charger from china,its more powerful than my old logan lamp. ithink i paid £12 for the cree tourch.

What's the best torch for lamping though? Because Its not all about the brightness is it? I thought it was pattern of the light?

Thats a very good point, it's like I say on my review for the LED Lenser, It's a mere 100 lumers but out performs the 250 and 300 lumer Ultra Fires due to it's optics
