i purchased this gun new as i could not find one on the second hand market any where and its nice to have it new .
let me start by saying this is an amazing air rifle and i have never fired an air rifle that feels so comfortable and balanced(for me that is)

the build quality of the rifle is excellent and not one thing stands out as being even slightly weak of inferior the under lever at first glance looks out of place and made from a light alloy but is more than up to the job.
one very small gripe is that when you are cocking it can fail to engage the safety which in turn does not allow you to take a shot and you have to repeat the cocking sequence once again. but once again this was down to my eagerness to shot this great gun . i found a slow and purposeful pull will always
engage the safety.
the stock is beautiful and offers plenty of grip on that tense shot.
the blueing on this rifle is brilliant and looks stunning.
zeroing in with this rifle was a breeze even for me who last zeroed a rifle in
in 1992.
that brings me to the way this rifle shoots which is silky smooth as long as your
relaxed and re frame from pulling the butt in to solidly in to your shoulder ,
in other words let the rifle do the work .
loading your pellet in the pro sport is easy. as a single shot rifle there is plenty of space to get our sometimes large fingers in and if by chance you do fumble a pellet there are no little slots or holes that they can get caught up in.

the safety as said before engages on cocking the rifle and once disengaged can not be placed on safe again .
the rifles butt is an annoying rubber effort and can catch on your clothes and will be the first thing i will be replacing as there is no need for cushioning the shoulder as this rifle has almost no recoil.
the trigger is a pleasure to use if a bit sensitive from the box but can be tuned to each shooters individual needs and to top it off it is gold in colour which is a nice touch .
the silenced barrel is not whisper quite but i would term it as very quite as my wife could not here me behind our back door.

my verdict off the pro sport .177 is one off complete amazement the reviews i read were off the same opinion as me but this rifle has surpassed all my expectation and i have only put 1000 pellets through it over two days.

no ** was lashing it down and im only 10 mile away so i thought better of it
but really want a good next weekend im iching to have a go

i spent alday playing and zored it in a treat . it shot so well better than i could have imaginged ,

i think i got the hang of the scope now so you will have to advise me of which setting to plum it on for iden ** .

ps remember the knock downs i made . i have killed the rabbit now will have to cut out another 1 this rifle feels like it cant miss
i was shooting at 35 metres/ thats 38 yards (just did it on my phone)......i didnt think it was that far but i measured it with a metre wheel

i know,bloody highly annoying,got two new gun to set up and zero(well the hw77 not new apart from the stock etc).i've like the pro-sport for a long time now and i will get one,seeing your may help me along.

cant remember what its number was but will look the bees knees i think

i will have to try and beat you to it the mark ...lol

im looking around at the mo on the interweb to find out about getting the bsa i have sorted and maybe tuned in some way but have not yet done my home work

if you have a strip down link or such like let me know i believe this could bbe a good gun given a bit of cash and care ?

cracking gun them goldstars mate,just give it a strip down relube,try BAR see if they do a v-mach kit,got spring guides etc in their.
Airgun buyer, Blackpool Air rifles and Airgun products Air pistol supplies and
not 100% sure but i think theoben may have done a gas strut for em

yes it can,just cock it again.

was playing with mine in the garden at the weekend, 8 shot 15mm group standing at 25yards, i really cant complain (as im useless with standers) !

Really do love this rifle.
