Neil, you will grow to love the rifle! I have several Theoben gas rams and have virtually given up PCPs and gone back to them because of their superb shooting qualities. The trigger can be fine tuned to allow a gentle squeeze to let it off, rather than a jerk. This alone will improve the grouping no end. Most of my pictures I am not allowed ot put in this section, because they contain food items!
This is my Theoben Olympus, same stock as yours, virtually. made by Custom Stocks in Sheffield.
And a group shot at night, like you, just rested off the gate post. Lighting was ambient light only, no lamp an hour after twilight - to test the Nikon scope for twilight performance. 30 yards. The circle is drawn around a modern 5p piece.
Theoben have had a hard time from people recently, slagging them off and their customer service is not the best, but the rifles are superb. The main problem is with people fiddling with them!
