A powerful .25 is the best fun for any active targets, cans and bottles of water, exploding targets, large knockdown etc. And there is a campo three minutes walk from me with plenty of bunnies !!! All the armerias sell hollow point ammo, canīt think why! For paper punching I do tend to select my .177 or .22 though.

Pinpoint, at the moment it is typical January - shirtsleeves at noon, gloves on as soon as the sun goes down. We had three days of torrential rain last week, but back to sunny and dry now.

I was over for the xmas holidays. Weather was fantastic. Hottest I recorded was 30C in the sun! That will do me in winter! As scaramanga said though, as soon as the sun goes down you soon know about it. I got caught out on the quad a couple of years ago. Went out in a t-shirt across the mountains, when the sun went down, I thought I was going to die on the way home!

.25 in sub 12 ftlb is really low powered. The pellet can be caught up by running to the target and catching it in your teeth. I have had a few and the impact power is great but would only entertain one above 16 ftlb to be honest.

considering people complain about the trajectory arch of a .22 in sub 12ftlb a .25 would be really bad!
if it were 20 - 25ftlb ide jump at one..... but then my .22 would be amazing at that power so i think ide still stick with that!
