Why are the TACs available to anyone without a certificate when the guns that fire them are restricted? Is it ok for me to hand make a gun that uses TACs?
I doubt it, and to echo an earlier post |I know a few that had brown trouser moments when they found out, as a working man I'll never vote labour again thats for sure.

If it can fire a TAC it could fire a live center fire round potentially.
However the repercussions of such a thing may not be pretty.
There were several stories of people trying to mod the guns to fire live rounds and it back firing with terrible effects.
Some of them were made on the same lines as the live fireing guns so obviously would of been able to do it. Some however were not and made from weaker materials than their counterparts. Obviously when these were used basically the guns blew up in the users hand as they simply could not take the pressure and caused some nasty injuries!
But oh well they get no sympathy from me.... Shame it didnt kill the stupid *******!
