Supposedly better accuracy but anyone who has shot an HW100 will tell you they are pretty much one of the most accurate guns around.
People on the FT and HFT circuit think it gives them an edge tho, who knows, are we talking about .5%?
No its so i dont have to take my magazine out between lanes at the hft plus i tend to inspect pellets a bit more when single loading. I just tend to bang them in with a mag
TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE
Yep.. Your not allowed to walk from lane to lane with pellets in your mag, So a single shot adapter saves you putting your mag in and out,
Also loading one pellet into a mag and checking it's in the right hole is a pain in the ass. Get it wrong and you fire nothing down range and score a big fat zero![]()
Trying is the 1st step towards failure
There is no difference in accuracy with the hw single shot adaptor, it it effectively the same principle as the full mag, ie the pellet is held in the adaptor and pushed out with the bolt
I need one for up the airgun range, as with the 14 shot you just blast through them and waste a full tin of AA fields and refill 5 times....
With a single shot i reckon id use half that and hit more as id be taking my time a bit more, still LOVE the 14 shot mags thoughI had a go of the single mag in mine and agree, its simple and very well made.
