RESMAR in Middlewich Cheshire, just on the industrial estate, dead easy to get to and does a bottle for about £6 inc VAT, took my new diving cylinder to them, guy doing it found it had a leak and fixed it free of charge, just had to come back next day after the seal had chance to settle. Only takes about 10 mins to fill a 7 litre dive bottle and it's definitely dry air as they work on firefighting respirators etc.

prodive goulton st hull 3l filled to 300 bar for £3.50 first time then if you put one of his stickers on your bottle its £2 a time thereafter really helpful fella cheers

Thames Side Fire Protection will fill tanks. Lots around Essex, not sure if all can do fills. Basildon do, £5 for a 3ltr 300bar.
