My MkIII .177 was used to keep a greenhouse door closed for fifteen years or so, so when it was given to me as a project, it was in a bit of a two and eight. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it came together, I only replaced the missing trigger guard, the rest was just a generous helping of TLC applied with loads of elbow grease, oh, and some black paint (Isn't Finnagans good stuff). It is now a nifty little plinker that looks quite tidy. Sadly the original sights didn't survive, so now she carries an SMK 4X40 telesight. As a coke can shredder she is great and she's okay for some ratting too. I haven't a clue on the muzzle power, I think they're supposed to be 8 or 9 ft/lbs in good nick, which I'd be surprised if she came anywhere near. But it was time and effort well spent as she is a good fun gun. Hope you all get as much fun from yours as I did mine.
